目的分析洛阳市某热电厂噪声对其作业工人听力和心血管系统的影响。方法选择同一部门接触噪声作业的126名工人为接噪组,从事其他工种的81名工人为对照组,进行纯音听阈测试、心电图和血压检查。结果噪声作业工人高血压检出率17.5%,心电图异常检出率32.5%,听力异常检出率19.0%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);接噪组不同工龄段工人的高血压检出率、听力异常检出率差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期接触噪声污染,对作业工人听力和心血管系统均产生一定的损害。
Objective To analyze the influence of noise on the hearing and cardiovascular system of workers in a thermoelectric plant in Luoyang. Methods A total of 126 workers in the same department who were exposed to noise were selected as noise-free group and 81 workers in other occupations as control group. Pure-tone audiometry, electrocardiogram and blood pressure were performed. Results The detection rate of hypertension was 17.5%, the abnormal electrocardiogram detection rate was 32.5% and the hearing abnormality detection rate was 19.0% in noise-exposed workers. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) There was also a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of hypertension and hearing abnormalities among workers (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term exposure to noise pollution may cause some damage to the hearing and cardiovascular system of workers.
