目的通过90 d喂养试验观察茶藨子叶孔菌的亚慢性毒性,以进一步开发利用茶藨子叶孔菌提供科学依据。方法取断乳SD大鼠100只,随机分为5组,分别为对照组和4个茶藨子叶孔菌剂量组(1.00、2.00、4.00和8.00 g/kg.bw),每组20只,雌雄各半。按1.25%、2.50%、5.00%和10.00%比例将茶藨子叶孔菌粉末掺入饲料中喂饲动物,对照组喂饲基础饲料,连续喂养90 d。试验期间每周称量进食量和体重,计算食物利用率;检测试验中期和末期的血常规和血生化指标;试验结束时处死动物,称量脏器重量,计算脏器指数,并对主要脏器进行病理组织学观察。结果试验周期内各实验组动物总体生长状况良好,体重逐周增长,未见明显中毒体征,动物无死亡。试验中期、末期各血生化和血常规指标与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各实验组动物的主要脏器重和组织病理学未见明显异常。结论茶藨子叶孔菌对大鼠各项观察指标未见亚慢性毒性作用,对大鼠亚慢性毒性NOAEL为8.7 g/kg.bw(实际摄入量)。
Objective To observe the subchronic toxicity of Caragana microphylla in 90 d feeding experiment and to provide a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of Caragana spp. Methods 100 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group and 4 Dictyosteocephala spp. Groups (1.00, 2.00, 4.00 and 8.00 g / kg.bw), with 20 rats in each group. There was no significant difference in blood biochemical and hematological indexes between the middle and the end of the experiment and the control group (P> 0.05). The main organ weight and histopathology in each experimental group showed no obvious abnormalities. CONCLUSIONS No subchronic toxic effects were found on all observed indicators of rats, and the sub-chronic toxic NOAEL of rats was 8.7 g / kg.bw (actual intake).
