我厂氨制冷设备配套的压缩机为4AV型低压机和2AB型高压机,由于压缩机轴封橡胶圈老化,弹性降低,几乎每台都有渗漏现象。逸出的氨气严重污染了厂内空气和周围环境卫生,对职工的工作和身体都有很大影响。鉴于这种情况,我们决定自行设计模具,试压轴封橡胶圈。经过几次试验,找出了确定轴封模具内外径尺寸的一些方法,压好的轴封橡胶圈,装机试验,效果良好。下面介绍轴封橡胶圈的模具设计。
