作为关系到人们群众生产生活的基础设施,水利工程对推动社会进步和经济发展起着重要的推动作用。如何合理开发和利用水资源已成为社会发展关注的重点。然而,当前的水利工程管理还存在着很多不足之处,预算管理就是其中之一。在本文中,笔者对预算管理在水利工程管理中的应用进行探讨,希望能给水利工程管理提供一些好的建议。
Water conservancy projects play an important role in promoting social progress and economic development as the infrastructure related to people’s production and living. How to develop and utilize water resources rationally has become the focus of social development. However, there are still many deficiencies in the current management of water conservancy projects, and budget management is one of them. In this paper, the author discusses the application of budget management in hydraulic engineering management, hoping to provide some good suggestions for hydraulic engineering management.
