工程机械大量使用的斜盘式轴向柱塞泵,经常由于滑靴故障造成异响、发热、系统污染,甚至使泵不能正常工作而报废。经解体检查,发现有这样一些情况:①与柱塞脱离;②破裂;③磨损;④阻尼槽堵塞等。其破坏原因主要是柱塞与滑靴配合间隙a(如附图所示)过大;靴座二端外圆周部分接触压力高。根据实际情况
