为提供临床经口鼻蝶窦行垂体手术的应用解剖学资料,用肉眼和手术显微镜(10×)对30例成人颅底标本进行了研究。观测项目有(1)蝶窦的类型、大小、开口和隔;(2)覆盖蝶窦壁的骨质厚度;(3)蝶窦外侧壁上血管凸和神经凸的位置、形态和骨质厚度。对观测结果在经蝶窦行垂体手术中的意义进行了讨论。
In order to provide anatomic data on the clinical operation of palsy in the nasal sphenoid sinus, 30 adult skull base specimens were studied with the naked eye and operating microscope (10 ×). The observation items included (1) the type, size, opening and septum of the sphenoid sinus; (2) the thickness of the bone covering the sphenoid sinus wall; (3) the location and morphology of the convex and convex neurites on the lateral wall of the sphenoid sinus; . The significance of the observation results in transsphenoidal pituitary surgery was discussed.
