本文对流量调节方法介绍了一种新的原理。通过执行件的体积流量是用一种作为流量传感器而设计的两通插装阀进行控制,此插装阀的位移与过流量接近成正比。流量传感器的行程对做成一级或两级形式的先导调节阀所作用的力反馈是这种调节方法的特有标志。比例于流量传感器位移的力是和表征流量设定值的力在先导调节阀阀芯上取得平衡。设定值的给定可以利用诸如市售比例电磁铁来实现。先导调节阀控制一个由两通插装阀或一台变量泵组成的调节器,于是就能保持以所调定的流量设定值进行工作。
This paper introduces a new principle of traffic regulation. The volumetric flow through the actuator is controlled by a two-way cartridge valve designed as a flow sensor with displacement proportional to the amount of over-flow. The feedback of the flow sensor’s travel on the pilot or control valve in the form of a one-stage or two-stage pilot is a unique indicator of this type of adjustment. The force proportional to the displacement of the flow sensor is balanced with the force that characterizes the flow setpoint on the pilot regulator spool. The setting of the setpoint can be achieved using commercially available proportional solenoids. The pilot control valve controls a regulator consisting of a two-way cartridge valve or a variable displacement pump so that it can operate at the set flow rate setpoint.
