新形势下,随着医改的不断深入,作为医院经济管理和医疗事业发展的重要环节,财务管理对医院的正常运行有着直接影响。同时,也为医院财务管理带来了新的挑战与机遇,使其能够在激烈的市场竞争中能够更好壮大发展,并更好服务于人民。因此,根据医院实际财务管理工作情况,本文通过对医院财务管理的重要性进行简要介绍,详细分析和探讨了新形势下医改对医院财务管理的影响,并采取相应的对策进行改善。
Under the new situation, with the deepening of medical reform, as an important link in the development of hospital economic management and medical service, financial management has a direct impact on the normal operation of the hospital. At the same time, it also brings new challenges and opportunities for hospital financial management so that it can better grow and serve the people better in the fierce market competition. Therefore, according to the actual financial management in the hospital, this paper gives a brief introduction of the importance of the hospital’s financial management, analyzes and discusses in detail the impact of the medical reform on the hospital’s financial management in the new situation, and takes appropriate countermeasures to improve it.
