为满足科研活动和教学任务的需要,近年来,各大高校都加大了对基本建设项目的投入,可是基建财务管理仍然存在诸多问题,导致高校基建财务管理混乱,建设资金的使用效率低下。本文分析了高校基建财务管理的问题成因,并提出了解决高校基建财务管理困境的方法和策略。
In order to meet the needs of scientific research activities and teaching tasks, major universities have increased their investment in capital construction projects in recent years. However, there are still many problems in infrastructure finance management. As a result, the financial management of infrastructure finance in colleges and universities is confused and the use of construction funds is inefficient. This paper analyzes the causes of the financial management of capital construction in colleges and universities and puts forward the methods and strategies to solve the financial management difficulties of capital construction in colleges and universities.
