近些年来,小产权房的持续热销,越来越成为老百姓所关注的焦点。其存在虽具有一定的合理因素,但在总体上却打破了我国由政府主导的模式,使得宝贵的土地资源不断减少,也打乱了现有的房地产自控次序,同时也是对我国法律的蔑视,以及在其他方面所产生的负面影响。因此,应该强化法律的执行效力,加大政府、市场、社会、舆论的监督力度,大力推进保障性住房建设,从完善法律制度、禁止各利益集团垄断、防止房地产市场失控、预防投机风险等多个方面的合力,共同规避小产权房的市场化与规模化,最终达到“和谐居住”的目的。
