企业信息化建设是加快企业现代化步伐的必然趋势,是企业走向开放和竞争市场的必经之路。当前国内选煤厂的自动化、信息化水平差别很大,管理水平也是千差万别。针对目前煤矿企业的行业现状,结合十七大报告中“信息化与工业化融合”的思想,在大力推动环保、节能的信息化建设趋势上建立起基于B/S构架的大型管理系统,即安全生产管理系统。安全生产管理系统基于设备管理和设备安全,围绕信息化、数字化的主线,以B/S结构为框架,把全厂数字化信息按照安全管理不同权限展现给每个使用者、分析者、决策者。安全生产管理系统以生产实时数据库为源动力,完成数据的整合。它在安全生产的基础上,可以与其他模块高度集成,使全厂信息实现高度共享、权限明确、职责清晰、流程通畅,从而提高了生产效率、减低了各种损耗。从根本上减少事故的发生,大大提高安全系数,达到减少操作人员工作量、实现本质安全的目标。
