近几年来,曹县建委立足建设行业特点,狠抓职工教育,强化职工的整体素质,有力地推动了曹县建设事业的发展,成效显著。先后被省政府评为全省城市建设先进县,全省建设系统职工教育先进单位、全省建筑业协会先进单位、全省村镇建设单位。1991年以来,荣获省、地、县各类奖励达60多项。抓思想认识,摆正位置,增强凝聚力依靠科技进步,强化职工教育已成为建设领域自身完善的途径。为此,近几年来,曹县建委党政班子,从本行业、本县的实际出发,对如何搞好职工教育,进行了再认识,再发动,一致认
