如今社会的整体发展都需依据可持续发展的策略进行,经济公路的发展亦是如此。概括来说,可持续发展的公路经济主要是立足于经济的长远发展,通过最小的损耗和投入获取更大的价值,从而满足公路经济发展的最终目标。对公路经济的评价主要涉及技术项目、整体效益以及环境等内容,其中项目算得上是整个公路交通的基石,所以说要想实现公路交通的可持续发展,就必须先从其项目入手,这就需要有一整套与之相应的评价体系和方法。
