高校肩负着培养社会主义事业建设者和党的事业接班人的重任,其中大学生党员先进性教育是高校学生党建工作的重要组成部分和基础堡垒,社会实践是提高思想认识的有效途径,也是改造世界观、人生观、价值观的重要环节。如何加强党员队伍建设,始终坚持“党建带团建、团建促党建”的基本思路,把“创先争优”和社会主义核心价值体系构建作为团员思想政治教育的一个重要内容和引导手段,切实引导青年团员努力提升自我,发展成为党员,并不断投身于社会实践。认为:以社会实践为载体的大学生党员实践性教育机制的构建,正是大学生党员先进性教育长效机制理论和实践最有效的结合点。
