随着社会的进步,我国的交通负载量越来越大,而且很多都是超重负载,给我过道路交通问题提出了越来越高的要求。为了使道路上铺设的沥青路面符合现代道路交通要求,增加交通路面的使用寿命,科研人员研究出了多种材料和工艺供选择使用。在这其中,SMA玛蹄脂碎石路面逐渐被推广使用。SMA是一种由纤维稳定剂、矿粉以及适量沙子掺入到沥青中形成的沥青混合料。本文简述了SMA沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料的拌和过程,综合分析了SMA沥青玛蹄脂碎石路面的施工技术要点,并且总结了其路面施工中可能产生的问题。
With the progress of society, our country’s traffic load is more and more large, and many are overweight load, put me higher and higher requirements on road traffic problems. In order to make the asphalt pavement on the road meet the requirements of modern road traffic and increase the service life of traffic pavement, researchers have developed a variety of materials and processes to choose from. Among them, SMA mastic pavement has been gradually promoted. SMA is a bituminous mixture formed by the incorporation of fiber stabilizers, mineral powder, and appropriate amounts of sand into bitumen. This article describes the process of SMA asphalt mastic gravel mixing process, a comprehensive analysis of the SMA asphalt paving stone pavement technical points, and summed up the possible problems in the pavement construction.
