师者传道授业解惑也,在提倡素质教育的环境里,小学英语教师不但要做一位能够讲解英语基础知识的好老师,更要做一位与学生互相尊重,深得学生喜爱的启蒙老师。要想深的学生的喜欢,老师不仅需要老师自身具备专业的英语素质,对学生的学习起到良好的引导作用,更需要老师在与学生交流沟通的过程中,关爱学生、帮助学生,融入到学生的学习中去,形成师生互相学习共同进步的良好教学氛围。本文将针对现有教学中教师与学生交流过程中存在的弊端,展开深入详细的探讨,为怎样成为一个学生喜欢的老师,提供有效的指导意见。
