目的:探讨甘草药材中淀粉含量和甘草酸含量的关系,为提高栽培甘草药材中的甘草酸含量提供依据。方法:采用HPLC和碘-淀粉比色法分别测定甘草单株中的甘草酸和淀粉含量。结果:甘草药材中淀粉质量分数为1.39%~10.82%,甘草酸质量分数为0.63%~3.51%。结论:甘草药材中淀粉含量和甘草酸含量负相关,可以通过调控甘草中淀粉含量提高甘草药材质量。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between starch content and glycyrrhizic acid content in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, and provide basis for improving glycyrrhizic acid content in cultivated Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Methods: The content of glycyrrhizic acid and starch in licorice plants were determined by HPLC and iodine-starch colorimetry respectively. Results: The content of starch in licorice herbs was 1.39%~10.82%, and the content of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.63%~3.51%. Conclusion: The content of starch in Glycyrrhizae is negatively correlated with the content of glycyrrhizic acid, which can improve the quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch by regulating starch content in licorice.
