根据《卫生部药典委员会章程》的有关规定,每完成一版药典,委员会即进行改组,并开始新版药典的工作。卫生部于1991年5月16—18日在京召开了第六届药典委员会成立大会,参加这次会议的有药典委员、中央有关部委和新闻单位的代表等共170余人。卫生部部长陈敏章同志在开幕时作了重要讲话,卫生部副部长顾英奇同志作了总结报告。总后卫生部部长张立平同志、国家医药管理局局长齐谋甲同志参加会议并讲了话。药典委员会秘书长朱济广同志汇报了上届药典会工作概况。
According to the “Pharmacopoeia Commission of the Ministry of Health,” the relevant provisions of the Constitution, each completed a Pharmacopoeia, the Commission that is to restructure and start a new version of Pharmacopoeia. The Ministry of Health held the inaugural meeting of the 6th Pharmacopoeia Commission in Beijing from May 16 to May 18, 1991. More than 170 people attended the conference, including Pharmacopoeia members, representatives of relevant central ministries and agencies and press units. At the opening ceremony, Comrade Chen Minzhang, minister of health, made an important speech. Comrade Gu Yingqi, Vice Minister of Health made a summary report. Comrade Zhang Liping, minister of the Ministry of Health, General Qi Qiaomei, director of the State Medical Administration, attended the meeting and made a remark. Comrade Zhu Jiguang, secretary general of the Pharmacopoeia Commission, reported on the work of the last Pharmacopoeia Conference.
