目的研究八角茴香Illicium verum根的化学成分。方法用硅胶、凝胶柱等色谱方法分离化合物,用波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果从八角茴香根的醋酸乙酯萃取部分分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别鉴定为(E)-1,2-二甲氧基-4-丙烯基苯[(E)-1,2-dimethoxy-4-propenyl-benzene,Ⅰ]、甲氧基丁子香酚(methoxyeugenol,Ⅱ)、丁子香酚(eugenol,Ⅲ)、香草醛(vanillin,Ⅳ)、山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅴ)、芹菜素(apigenin,Ⅵ)、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅶ)、正二十六醇(1-hexacosanol,Ⅷ)、二十五烷酸-α-单甘油酯(glycerol--αpentacosanoate,Ⅸ)、β-谷甾醇(-βsitosterol,Ⅹ)、熊果酸(ursolic acid,Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅺ均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Illicium verum root. Methods The compounds were separated by chromatography on silica gel and gel column and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extraction fraction of star anise root, identified as (E)-1,2-dimethoxy-4-propenylbenzene [(E)-1,2-dimethoxy- 4-propenyl-benzene, I, methoxyeugenol (II), eugenol (III), vanillin (IV), kaempferol (V), apigenin ( Apigenin, VI), quercetin (VII), 1-hexacosanol (VIII), pentaglyceride-α-monoglyceride (glycerol-αpentacosanoate (IX), β-valley Sterols (-βsitosterol, X) and ursolic acid (XI). Conclusion Compounds I-IV, VI, VIII, IX and XI were isolated from this plant for the first time.
