我国股市长期处于一种混乱和大幅波动的状态 ,自 2 0 0 1年 7月初以来 ,我国股市暴跌90 3 2 2点 ,造成这种局面的根本原因就是我国股票市场一系列有缺陷的制度安排。因此 ,必须从制度分析的角度 ,对造成我国股市混乱和波动的根源进行彻底的剖析 ,使其得以变革和完善。
China’s stock market has been in a period of chaos and volatility over a long period of time. Since the beginning of July 2001, the stock market in our country plummeted by 903222 points. The root cause of this situation is a series of flawed institutional arrangements in our country’s stock market . Therefore, from the perspective of institutional analysis, we must thoroughly analyze the root causes of the chaos and volatility in our stock market so that we can make changes and improvements.
