江西纸业地块为原江西纸业股份有限公司厂址,位于南昌市八一大桥至赣 江大桥的中间地段,属于赣江南岸。项目地块周边大多为一些低矮的老城区居 民区。地块总用地面积约40万平方米,建筑面积规模约101万平方米。地块 功能主要有居住、商业街区、酒店、SOHO等。 规划理念:以对产品“高品质”要求的设计态度来对待这个项目,而不是 简单的造房子。 所谓高品质,涵盖以下四个内容: (1) 新:以原厂址的建筑形态为基础,尊重城市肌理,以城市设计为主导, 关注地方行为习俗;在总图上设置一条人车分流、清晰的游览赣江的步行系 统,将城市和楼盘有机联系,使得房地产与城市设计密切结合。 (2) 奇:在交通处理上,步行系统的特别处理手法,作为一个体系贯穿于
