重庆大坪居住小区建设规模12万平方米,其中采用框轻墙体的住宅有9万平方米,占小区建设规模的75％,布局上有七层的条式和十层的点式住宅。结构为预制梁柱,浆锚接头框架,填充采用干容重700公斤/立方米的轻质加气混凝土砌块,外墙厚度为150毫米,内墙为100毫米,每平方米建筑面积耗用加气混凝土0.2M~3。现将情况阐述如下:
The Daping residential community in Chongqing has a construction scale of 120,000 square meters, of which 90,000 square meters are residential buildings with framed light walls, accounting for 75% of the community’s construction scale. There are seven-storey strips and ten-storey point houses on the layout. The structure is prefabricated beam and column, pulp-anchor frame, filled with lightweight aerated concrete blocks with a dry capacity of 700 kg/m3.
