目的:探讨五叶草莓65%醇提液对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:将40只SPF昆明小鼠制成S180实体瘤模型,分为模型组、CTX组、五叶草莓65%醇提液高剂量组、五叶草莓65%醇提液低剂量组,给药14天,第15天处死小鼠,剥离瘤体,计算抑瘤率;剖取脾脏和胸腺,计算脾脏指数和胸腺指数,分离血清,用放射免疫法检测血清中IL-2、TNF-a的含量。结论:实验结果表明,五叶草莓65%醇提液具备抑瘤作用,而且能增加S180荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α的含量,促进S180荷瘤小鼠免疫器官胸腺、脾脏的生长,从而改善s180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect of 65% ethanol extract of five-leaf strawberry on S180 tumor-bearing mice and its effect on immune function. Methods: Forty SPF Kunming mice were made into S180 solid tumor model and divided into model group, CTX group, high-dose 65% ethanol extract of five-leaf strawberry and low-dose 65% ethanol extract of five-leaf strawberry The mice were sacrificed on day 14 and day 15, and the tumors were dissected. The spleen and thymus were dissected. Spleen index and thymus index were calculated. Serum levels of IL-2 and TNF-a were measured by radioimmunoassay content. CONCLUSION: The experimental results show that 65% ethanol extract of five-leaf strawberry has antitumor effects, but also can increase the serum levels of IL-2 and TNF-α in S180 tumor-bearing mice and promote the immune response in S180 tumor-bearing mice Growth, thereby improving the s180 tumor-bearing mice immune function.
