我国各地天然气可燃组分主要由以甲烷为主的C_1~C_5烃类组成,约占96~98%,主要杂质二氧化碳及氮约占1~3%。其它杂质如氩、氧、氦、氢含量很低。对作为城市燃气用天然气其定量意义不大。 国际标准ISO6568可以检测天然气中氮、二氧化碳和含1~5个碳原子的碳氢化合物,对分析作燃气用天然气组分是合适的。但目前国内现有的仪器及试剂条件还不能达到此标准的分离效果。本文推荐的天然气常量组分气相色谱分析法,系建立在ISO6568标准的基础上,对其中分离不够理想的组分用另一根色谱柱作进一步分离,使该方法在国内切实可行。
The flammable components of natural gas in our country are mainly composed of methane-dominated C_1-C_5 hydrocarbons, accounting for 96-98%. The major impurities of carbon dioxide and nitrogen account for 1-3%. Other impurities such as argon, oxygen, helium, hydrogen content is very low. It is of little significance to quantify natural gas as city gas. International Standard ISO6568 can detect natural gas nitrogen, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, for the analysis of natural gas components for gas is suitable. However, at present, the conditions of the existing instruments and reagents in China still can not achieve the separation effect of this standard. The recommended method of gas chromatographic analysis of natural gas components, based on the ISO6568 standard, is based on the separation of unsatisfactory components with another chromatographic column for further separation, making the method feasible in China.
