目的：探讨肾衰合剂的制备工艺，证实临床效果，为深入研究药效提供依据。方法：用蒸馏法，煎煮减压浓缩等法制成合剂，用于慢性肾功衰，气血两虚，血脉瘀阻等症，设观察组，对照组，观察临床药效。结果：病例观察３３例，总有效率为６９．７％，对照组３０例，总有效率４６ ６７％。结论：肾衰合剂制备工艺合理，临床效果显著，与尿毒清冲剂无显著差异。
Objective: To investigate the preparation process of Shenshuai Heji, to confirm the clinical effect and provide the basis for further study of the efficacy. Methods: Distillation, boiling decompression concentration and other methods made into a mixture for chronic renal failure, qi and blood deficiency, blood stasis embolism, the observation group, the control group, to observe the clinical efficacy.
