依据《中共中央国务院关于深入实施西部大开发战略的若干意见》和《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》,交通运输部组织编制并印发了《深入实施西部大开发战略公路水路交通运输发展规划纲要(2011-2020年)》(下文简称《规划纲要》)。
Based on the “Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Implementing the Strategy of Western Development” and the “Outline of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China,” the Ministry of Transport has organized the preparation and issuance of “Further Implementing the Western Development Strategic Highway Water Transport Development Plan (2011-2020) ”(hereinafter referred to as the“ Outline ”).
