施工成本控制是指项目施工过程中,对影响施工项目成本的各种因素加强管理和控制,将各种消耗和支出严格控制在成本计划范围内。企业要在低价中标工程中盈利有三个基本途径:首先是投标策略和报价技巧;其次是加强成本管控;第三是加强设计变更管理和索赔管理。项目部成本管理需开展:分解成本指标,加强成本管理;强化施工企业成本要素管理(包括:人力资源、施工机械、材料费和安全成本等)和加强项目部分包管理。
Construction cost control refers to the project construction process, the various factors that affect the cost of construction projects to strengthen management and control, will be a variety of consumption and expenditure strictly controlled within the cost plan.
