地方高校是区域内科技创新、技术转移和成果转化的重要载体与平台。优化人才培养体系,提高人才培养质量,已经成为地方高校给水排水工程专业现阶段迫切需要解决的问题。本文从明确培养定位、课程架构的优化、教学方法的优化、人才培养模式的优化、人才培养质量管理与评价体系的优化五个方面阐述了地方高校给水排水工程专业人才培养体系优化的措施。
Local colleges and universities are important carriers and platforms for technological innovation, technology transfer and achievement transformation in the region. Optimization of personnel training system, improve the quality of personnel training, water supply and drainage engineering in local colleges and universities has become an urgent need to solve the problem at this stage. This article elaborates the measures to optimize the training system of water supply and drainage engineering professionals in local universities from the following five aspects: clarification of training orientation, optimization of curriculum structure, optimization of teaching methods, optimization of personnel training mode, optimization of personnel training quality management and evaluation system.
