The uniformity of primary air distribution of pulverized coal-fired boiler burners has a significant impact on the combustion effect, especially when burning anthracite and high-ash low-grade coal. How to oversee the flow of wind and powder in each duct during operation is by now a problem. A boiler with an intermediate silo milling system (both anthracite and low-grade bituminous coal use this type of combustion system) can be used to measure the flow of air in the pipe using conventional methods. The question is how to more accurately measure the instantaneous pulverized coal concentration carried by the gas stream .
