目的：探讨“加压快速静滴法顺行下肢静脉造影”的可行性及优越性，旨在提高下肢静脉病变的Ｘ线诊断率。方法：应用“加压快速静滴法顺行下肢静脉造影”，对８７例１０３条下肢静脉进行了造影检查。结果：下肢静脉造影正常２４条。下肢静脉造影异常７９条。其中静脉逆流性疾病３５条；静脉阻塞性疾病３９条；静脉瘤样扩张性疾病５条。全部病例未出现假阳性，符合下肢静脉造影诊断标准。结论：“加压快速静滴法顺行下肢静脉造影”，是一种新的、改良后的下肢静脉造影方法。具有安全、可靠、显影清晰、摄影从容、假阳性率低、实用等特点，值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and superiority of “rapid intravenous infusion plus intravenous infusion of venous pressure” to improve the X-ray diagnostic rate of venous lesions of the lower extremities. Methods: Using “fast intravenous infusion of pressurized intravenous veinography,” 87 cases of 103 lower extremity venous angiography. Results: Normal venous angiography 24. Lower extremity venography angiography 79. Among them, 35 were venous reflux diseases, 39 were venous obstructive diseases and 5 were venous aneurysmal distensions. All cases did not appear false positive, in line with lower extremity venography diagnostic criteria. CONCLUSION: “Rapid intravenous infusion plus intravenous infusion of venous leg vein” is a new and improved venous angiography method. With safe, reliable, clear imaging, photographic calm, false positive rate is low, practical and other characteristics, it is worth promoting.
