痔的冰冻治疗是一种新疗法。本文对100例进行了分析,并提出了初步报告。尽管最长随访时间仅18个月,其结果仍然令人鼓午,这种疗法足以改变门诊痔疗法的现状。在100例病人中,一度痔23例,二度痔56例,三度痔21例。其症状如表一所示; 检查病人时发现除原发痔外,7例病人有肛门周围皮肤擦伤,31例病人有皮垂,11例有肛裂。表一:存在的症状。
Hemorrhoids frozen treatment is a new treatment. This article analyzes 100 cases and presents a preliminary report. Although the longest follow-up period of only 18 months, the results are still encouraging, this treatment is sufficient to change the status of outpatient hemorrhoid therapy. In 100 patients, hemorrhoids in 23 cases, 56 cases of second degree hemorrhoids, 21 cases of third degree hemorrhoids. The symptoms as shown in Table 1; examination of patients found that in addition to primary hemorrhoids, 7 patients had skin abrasions around the anus, 31 patients had skin ptosis, 11 cases of anal fissure.
