为了提高主扇有效风量,加强坑内通风强度,改善作业环境,确保职工身体健康,我矿西山采矿场组成了三结合小组,试制自动风门,以解决由主井短路风流问题。我们参考兄弟矿山的经验,于一九七四年三月试制,同年十月安装成功。经一年多的实践证明,该风门基本满足多台机车在单轨运输巷道运行的要求,机械传动和电气控制部分安全装置比较完善,保证了风门动作安全可靠。允许多台机车通过风门区时,在规定范围内任意距离追尾行驶。同时该风门采用光杆导向装置,使门扇在(80毫米水柱)负压条件下,保持门扇垂直轨道面,保证风门密闭性能。我矿自动风门安装使用后,根据通风效果测定证明,因主井造成的短路风量由18米~3/秒减少到1.5米~3/秒,采矿场所风速提高了0.5~1倍,提高了主扇有效风
