产于热液型脉状铜矿床的黄铜矿在干式自磨后的浮选,仅用少量起泡剂作为唯一的浮选药剂已获得成功。从矿床不同地段采得的五个样品,进行实验室浮选试验也都取得了成功。通过试验结果对比,反映出单用起泡剂浮选比常规浮选法(用调整剂、捕收剂、起泡剂)简单且效果好。当采用简化处理法后,铜的回收率和精矿品位都有所提高。本方法除在金属回收方面具有显著的优点外,由于药剂消耗量低及工艺过程简化,因此也提出了降低浮选费用的途径。
Flotation of chalcopyrite produced in a hydrothermal vein-like copper deposit after dry self-grinding has been successful with only a small amount of foamer as the sole flotation reagent. Five samples taken from different sections of the deposit have also been successful in laboratory flotation tests. Through the comparison of the test results, it shows that the single frother flotation is simpler and effective than the conventional flotation method (using modifier, collector and foaming agent). When using a simplified treatment, copper recovery and concentrate grade have increased. In addition to its significant advantages in metal recovery, the present method offers a way to reduce flotation costs due to low reagent consumption and streamlined process.
