废弃工业建筑的围护结构热工性能较差,不能满足现行国家节能标准的要求,在再利用改造过程中必须同时对其进行节能改造。首先,提出热工性能限值和经济性的评价方法,在此基础上,考虑外窗、外墙和屋面热工性能的相互影响,建立围护结构热工性能优化设计模型,确定合理的外窗热工性能以及屋面和外墙保温层厚度的方法,以实现围护结构热工性能的整体优化。最后,以徐州地区某废弃供热锅炉房为例,验证废弃工业建筑再利用改造围护结构热工性能优化模型的可行性。
Abandoned industrial building envelope thermal performance is poor, can not meet the current national energy efficiency standards, in the process of re-use of the transformation must be at the same time its energy-saving transformation. First of all, the thermal performance limit and economic evaluation method are put forward. Based on this, considering the mutual influence of thermal performance of outer window, outer wall and roof, the optimization design model of thermal performance of envelope is established, Window thermal performance and the thickness of the roof and wall insulation in order to achieve the overall optimization of the thermal performance of the envelope. Finally, taking an abandoned heating boiler house in Xuzhou as an example, the paper verifies the feasibility of rebuilding the thermal performance optimization model of the retaining structure in abandoned industrial buildings.
