随着医疗卫生事业的发展,社会对卫生专业人才的需求日益增长,在医院医疗、教学、科研工作和学科建设的各个环节,都需要大量的医疗卫生人才。但是,目前在各级各类医院中,人才队伍建设、人才的引进和培养等实际工作中,存在诸多问题,严重影响医疗事业的发展,因此,有必要采取切实措施,加强江苏省江阴市医疗卫生人才队伍建设,进一步提升医疗服务水平。
With the development of medical and health undertakings, the demand for health professionals in the society is increasing day by day. In all aspects of hospital medical care, teaching, scientific research and discipline construction, a large number of medical and health personnel are required. However, at present, there are many problems in practical work such as the construction of qualified personnel and the introduction and cultivation of qualified personnel in various types of hospitals at all levels, which seriously affect the development of medical undertakings. Therefore, it is necessary to take practical measures to strengthen the medical care in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province Health personnel team building, to further enhance the level of medical services.
