非婚同居在我国当今社会已是一种常见的社会现象,这一种特殊的婚姻家庭关系,不应将其仅仅视为公民的私事,由于我国法律并未对非婚同居加以规制,给社会的各个方面带来诸多的影响,针对新的问题构建新的制度,笔者结合我国现实,借鉴国外的立法经验和国内的理论研究成果,提出几点立法建议。
