欧美科学家认为,一个人的成功与其天生的资质关系不大,但与个人的勤奋努力有直接关系。然而,只有勤奋努力是不够的,还必须有目的、有计划、有纪律地加以实施。我在上期讲堂中通过实例讲解了前面两层意思。本期讲堂我主要谈谈第三层意思或称第三个结论,即一个人要成功,除了勤奋努力外,还要有一个明确的目的、一个详尽的计划,并且要很有纪律地按照这个计划去执行。天资聪颖对成功肯定有益,但无论对聪明人还是不太聪明的人都一样,只有努力才会有好结果。需要指出的是,一个人在
