黄曲霉菌作为一种能诱发实验动物肺癌的致癌性霉菌,我们首先发现于大白鼠,继后又用昆明种小白鼠获得进一步证实。为了深入研究黄曲霉菌的致肺癌特点,为人类肺癌病因学和发病学研究提供实验资料,本文以黄曲霉菌和二乙基亚硝胺诱发的小鼠肺癌为研究资料,用光学镜、组织化学、透射电镜和电镜衍射的方法重点观察:(1)、二种致癌剂所诱发的癌瘤类型、发生部位、癌变过程和组织来源。(2)、细胞浆的组化改变及其在癌变过程
Aspergillus flavus as a carcinogenic mold that can induce lung cancer in experimental animals, we first found in rats, followed by Kunming mice to further confirm. In order to thoroughly study the characteristics of lung cancer caused by Aspergillus flavus and provide experimental data for the etiology and pathogenesis of human lung cancer, this article uses mouse lung cancer induced by Aspergillus flavus and diethylnitrosamine as research data, using optical microscopes and tissues.
