产生异位激素肺癌的历史,也是产生异位激素肿瘤的历史。因为产生异位激素的第1例肿瘤就是产生异位促肾上腺皮质激素的肺癌。产生异位激素的肿瘤大多是肺癌。自1961年Meador等首先报道上述病例以后,Liddle(1969)等进一步证实,不仅ACTH,而且各种异位激素的产生均以肺癌为主,但其他肿瘤也可产生异位激素。最近,作者对内分泌检查未发现有激素分泌亢进症状的患者,抽取肿瘤组织进行测定,证明产生无症状性异位
The history of ectopic hormone lung cancer is also a history of ectopic hormone tumors.
