作者介绍一例32岁男性播散型黄色瘤患者。一般体格检查无特殊。粘膜正常。面部皮肤有淡棕色斑状色素沉着。在两肋和臀部,尤其是大关节屈侧散布许多大头针头至豌豆大皮疹,质软,呈黄色或棕色,无压痛和痒感。双侧鼻侧睑裂有黄斑,右侧泪阜处有限局性睑黄斑瘤,下睑缘中部有黄色小结节。耳科、多项化验(包括血胆固醇、甘油三酸酯、脂蛋白电泳等)和X线检查均无特殊异常。皮损组织象:表皮角化正常或过度,海绵样变性。真皮内有许多大小不等的巨细胞聚集,周围组织细胞浸润。巨细胞多核,形状不一,部分形态奇异。淋巴细胞集结不规
The authors describe a 32-year-old man with disseminated xanthoma. General physical examination is not special. Normal mucosa. Facial skin has light brown spot-like pigmentation. In the two ribs and buttocks, especially in the flexion of the large joints, many large needles spread to large pea rashes, which are soft, yellowish or brown, and have no tenderness or itching.
