介绍了新研制的一批智能型快堆钠仪表的部件结构与性能,给出了相应的各种传感器以介质温度为参数的分度特性方程式,这些智能型钠仪表具有良好的线性度,其温度效应在线补偿功能,使之可以得到准确的钠流量、压力、液位测量数据。而且,这些智能型钠仪表具有自检、掉电保护、满度设置、报警限(双上限和双下限)设置、断偶报警、相互隔离的0~10V直流模拟输出和CENTRONICS标准数字输出以及报警继电器触点输出。以单片微机为基础的这些优越功能,使得这些智能型钠仪表特别适用于钠冷快堆的仪表、控制与保护系统。智能型钠流量计、智能型内潜式钠流量计、智能型钠压力计、智能型钠液位计的基本误差分别为量程的±2%、±2.3%、±0.3%及±1.9%。

These superior features, based on a single-chip microcomputer, make these smart sodium gauges particularly suitable for instrumentation, control and protection systems for sodium-cooled fast reactors. The basic error of intelligent sodium flowmeter, intelligent submersible sodium flowmeter, intelligent sodium pressure gauge and intelligent sodium liquid level gauge are respectively ± 2%, ± 2.3%, ± 0.3% and ± 1.9% of range.
