研究了螯合剂1,2-二甲基-3-羟基-4-吡啶酮(deferiprone)对荷铝兔血清及组织铝、铜、锌、锰的动员和促排作用。结果表明,给螯合剂后荷铝对照组血清中铝浓度与deferiprone组差异有显著性(P<0.05);后者在给螯合剂前后差异亦有显著性(P<0.01);前者无显著性变化(P>0.05)。荷铝对照组肝、肾、脑、骨组织中铝含量与de-feriprone组差异均有显著性(P<0.05);铜、锌、锰含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。提示用deferiprone能排出显著机体中铝,对微量元素铜、锌、锰的排出无影响。
The effects of chelator 1,2-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-4-pyridone on the mobilization and up-regulation of aluminum, copper, zinc and manganese in serum and tissues of aluminum-bearing rabbits were studied. The results showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the concentration of aluminum in the serum of the control aluminum loaded aluminum chelator and the deferiprone group, and the difference of the aluminum concentration before and after the chelator was also significant (P <0.01). The former no significant change (P> 0.05). The content of Al in the liver, kidney, brain and bone of the control group was significantly different from that of the de-feriprone group (P <0.05), but there was no significant change in the contents of Cu, Zn and Mn (P> 0.05). Prompt use of deferiprone can discharge a significant body of aluminum, the trace elements copper, zinc, manganese discharge no effect.
