本文报道了黄芪对正常及大黄脾虚模型小鼠IL2产生的影响。实验结果表明,大黄脾虚模型小鼠IL2活性比正常小鼠明显降低;100%和200%黄芪水煎剂使大黄脾虚模型小鼠IL2活性明显提高,并恢复至正常水平;但对正常小鼠IL2的活性无影响。这一结果是与补益药“补其不足”的治则相吻合的,也是与黄芪的临床功效相一致的。因而提示增加IL2产生可能是黄芪“扶正”的重要机制之一;也是其调节免疫功能的分子免疫学基础之一。
This article reported the effect of Astragalus on IL2 production in normal and rhubarb spleen deficiency model mice. The experimental results showed that the activity of IL2 in rhubarb spleen deficiency model mice was significantly lower than that of normal mice; 100% and 200% astragalus decoction significantly increased IL2 activity in rhubarb spleen deficiency model mice and returned to normal levels; but to normal mice IL2 The activity has no effect. This result is in accordance with the principle of “make up for its deficiency” of the supplement medicine, and it is also consistent with the clinical efficacy of Huangqi. Therefore, it is suggested that the increase of IL2 production may be one of the important mechanisms of Astragalus “righting”; it is also one of the molecular immunological basis for regulating immune function.
