目的:建立一种快速、简便测定乳品包装材料中的多种挥发性残留有机溶剂的气相色谱质谱检测方法。方法:以聚二甲基硅氧烷作为固相微萃取的萃取相材料,对包装材料中的挥发性残留有机溶剂进行萃取后,直接进行气相色谱质谱分析。结果:在所测的26个样品中共检出24种挥发性残留有机溶剂,其中主要有二氯苯、二甲苯、萘及邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯等污染物。结论:该方法适于包装材料中的挥发性残留有机溶剂的快速定性分析。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid and simple method for the determination of volatile organic compounds in dairy packaging materials by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods: Polydimethylsiloxane was used as the extraction material of solid-phase microextraction. The volatile organic solvents in packaging materials were extracted by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Results: A total of 24 volatile organic solvents were detected in the 26 samples tested. Among them, the main pollutants were dichlorobenzene, xylene, naphthalene and diisobutyl phthalate. Conclusion: This method is suitable for rapid qualitative analysis of volatile residual organic solvents in packaging materials.
