张岩、于丽娟同志是大庆职工大学的一对教师伉俪。他们去年曾写过一篇谈教师修养的文章,后因故退稿。但他们并不气馁,经过一段时问的加工、修改、充实,又写成“教成人的艺求”一文,用自己的教学实践对书本上的教学理论作了生动的阐释,较好地实现了作者“有意摈弃繁冗的铺垫和严密的推陈、以使每位同行都能毫不费力地阅读完全部内容”的初衷。为此,我们准备选取其中的若干章节连载,“与有志于在成人教育岗位成才的同行共同切磋技艺”。(作者语)我们热切地希望教师们拿起笔来,把自己的心得体会整理成篇,不论是“四平八稳”的理论文章,还是较为随意的杂言、短论等等,不拘文体,不论短长,只要言之有物,我们都欢迎,使“教学研究”栏目多姿多彩一些,读起来更亲切有味。
