目的 :研究聚丙烯酸树脂肠溶薄膜衣变黄的原因及筛选合适的包衣液处方。方法 :采用正交试验法找出处方中使衣膜变黄的因素。结果 :包衣液处方中蓖麻油是使衣膜变色的主要因素。结论 :包白色薄膜衣片时 ,蓖麻油不宜作为聚丙烯酸树脂肠溶薄膜衣的增塑剂 ,而宜选用邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、聚山梨酯 80等增塑剂
Objective: To study the reason of the yellowing of polyacrylic resin enteric coating and the prescription of suitable coating solution. Methods: Using orthogonal test method to find the prescription in the film yellowing factor. Results: Castor oil prescription castor oil is the main factor to make the film discoloration. CONCLUSION: Castor oil should not be used as plasticizer for polyacrylic acid enteric coating when wrapped in white film-coated tablets, but plasticizer such as diethyl phthalate and polysorbate 80 should be selected
