In ECG monitoring, computer diagnosis and other heart rhythm detection system, QRS wave detection are required, some using hardware circuits to achieve, while others use various software methods to be detected. This article describes a novel QRS wave detection circuit hardware, it has a low detection rate, simple structure, without the advantages of debugging. Figure 1 is a schematic of the circuit, which is essentially an improvement over the literature peak voltage detector. Compared with the original circuit, the circuit adds three devices C_1, R_4 and R_5. The function of the capacitor C_1 is to make the input part of the circuit into a high-pass circuit, so that the QRS complex wave can pass smoothly and the T wave and the baseline drift can be suppressed. The purpose of R_4 is to eliminate ringing at peak detection. R_5 is a boost resistor, its role is to make the output when the IC output high
