观察复方补脾肾中药补肾阴方和补肾阳方对造血抑制小鼠骨髓造血的影响。方法：以环磷酰胺（Ｃｙ）１２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ给昆明种小鼠连续腹腔注射３ｄ，造成骨髓抑制模型。以补肾阴方和补肾阳方连续灌胃１０ｄ。以骨髓有核细胞计数法计数骨髓有核细胞，以骨髓造血祖细胞培养方法培养粒单系祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）和成纤维祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－Ｆ）。结果：两方均能提高骨髓有核细胞数和ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ、ＣＦＵ－Ｆ集落形成率，补肾阳方优于补肾阴方。
Observe the effects of Bushen Shen and Bushenyin and Bushen Yangfang on the hematopoietic suppression of hematopoietic mice. METHODS: Continuous intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (Cy) 120 mg/kg to Kunming mice for 3 days resulted in a bone marrow suppression model. Tonifying Kidney Yin and Bushen Yangfang were fed for 10 days. Bone marrow nucleated cells were counted by bone marrow nucleated cell counting method, and cultured with bone marrow hematopoietic progenitor cells to culture monophyletic progenitor cells (CFU-GM) and fibroblast progenitor cells (CFU-F). Results: Both of them can increase the number of bone marrow nucleated cells and the colony forming rate of CFU-GM and CFU-F. Bushenyangfang is better than Bushenyin.
