The year 1994 is a crucial year for China to accelerate the establishment of a socialist market economic system and comprehensively deepen reforms. Several major measures for the reform of the national economic system have been introduced one after another, forming a combination of overall advancement and key breakthroughs, and all-round expansion of reform and opening up. With the promulgation and implementation of a series of major reform measures, many deep-rooted ideas, institutional innovations, interest adjustments, and specific operational difficulties in various aspects of the economy and society are widely involved. Our health care industry is facing a severe test. Can we deeply understand and conscientiously grasp the new characteristics of the current reforms and discover and resolve some new ones in our work?
