针对非股权星形R&D动态联盟有形收益分配问题,充分考虑盟主地位及分配机制的公平性,从盟主和盟员两个角度进行研究,提出一种有形收益分配方法。盟主方面,利用讨价还价模型确定盟主应得额;盟员方面,提出由“主体团”担当分配主体,平衡各方利益。从盟员投资额系数等五个因素出发,运用改进的多因素评价法等方法,由主体团对各因素对于总体分配结果的影响权重以及每个因素的具体数值进行评估,确定各盟员应得额。
Aiming at the problem of tangible profit distribution of non-equity Star R & D Alliance, the status of the leader and the fairness of the allocation mechanism are fully considered. From the perspectives of both the leader and the league member, a tangible income distribution method is proposed. In the aspect of alliance, we use the bargaining model to determine the deserved amount of the deputies. In terms of alliance members, we propose that the main body should be the distribution body to balance the interests of all parties. From the five factors such as the investment coefficient of alliance members, using the improved multi-factor evaluation method and other methods, the main group regulates the influence weight of each factor on the overall distribution result and the specific value of each factor, Gain.
